Minimum Booking Periods – Christmas School Holidays: Weekly bookings apply. At short notice lesser periods may be booked, subject to vacancies. The Easter weekend is for a minimum four night booking. For other times minimum 2 night bookings preferred,especially weekends.
Occupancy – For the purpose of tariff calculations guests aged 3-15 inclusive, at the time of your visit, are classed as children. Infants aged 2 or under, at the time of your visit, are free of charge.
Car and Trailer Parking – Parking for one car is available for each cabin. Most cabins provide for undercover parking. Some cabins will accommodate parking for a second vehicle. Limited boat trailer parking is available. Please advise your needs at the time of booking to avoid inconvenience.
Linen – Doonas and pillows are provided for each bed. Personal linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) is to be provided by guests who are staying in one of our Cedar Cabins. Linen hire is available at a minimal extra cost and if required should be arranged in advance. Linen is supplied in our Deluxe Cottages and Motel Suites.
Deposit – Your 25% deposit must be received within 14 days of making your reservation. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
Short Notice Bookings – Any reservation made within 42 days of the arrival date will be subject to full payment at the time of booking. The payment is subject to a nil refund in the case of a cancellation.
Transfer of Bookings – If, within 42 days of your arrival date, your booking is rescheduled to an alternative date a transfer fee of $33.00 or 5% of the total reservation charge (whichever is the greater) may be applied.
Cancellations – Must be in writing if your reservation has been confirmed with a deposit payment. Cancellations received more that 42 days before the arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less a cancellation fee of 20% of the appropriate deposit. Cancellations received within the 42 day period are subject to a nil refund.
Payment – Your advance deposit may be made by cheque (subject to clearance), money order, direct credit to our bank account or credit card. Short notice bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card or direct credit to our bank account. Balance payments are due in full on arrival and should be paid in cash, eftpos or credit cards (minimum $100.00). sorry, personal cheques cannot be accepted for payments on arrival.
Arrival and Departure Times – Your check-in-time is after 3.00pm and your check-out-time is before 10.00am. A later arrival date or earlier departure date than originally booked will not qualify for a refund. If your departure is later than 10.00am an extra day charge may be applied.
Prices – At the time of printing, the charges shown on the pricing schedule are correct but may be subject to alteration without notice.
Cabin Change – We reserve the right to relocate any booking under exceptional circumstances.
Flora and Fauna – The natural environment at Kianinny Resort is particularly attractive and fragile, and, our native animals are very trusting and visitor friendly. These are protected. Please be kind to our plants, animals and birds.
Pets – Sorry. For the comfort of other guests and the protection of our environment pets are not allowed. Quality boarding kennels for cats and dogs are located nearby. Information regarding these is available on request. Bookings may be necessary.
